Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | No weekends or holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients across a range of diagnoses and functional needs
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using Epic EMR
• Float within the facility as needed to support departmental coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license or compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Two professional references completed within the last two years, provided by a supervisor or someone in a supervisory capacity
• COVID-19 vaccination documentation required; exemption requests must be submitted within 72 hours of acceptance using the designated facility form
• Social Security Number and Date of Birth must be included on the traveler profile at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR is strongly preferred; please indicate the last facility where Epic was used
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
