Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM), Monday–Friday, 5x8-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily radiation therapy treatments to an assigned patient caseload of approximately 14 patients per day
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
• Document patient treatment records accurately using EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to ensure safe and effective delivery of prescribed treatment plans
• Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and scheduling policies including potential holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Active or pending state license accepted
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system preferred or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed work week for the duration of the 13-week contract
• Compliance with all facility onboarding modules completed via online learning portal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital or academic medical environment
• Familiarity with Relias or similar online compliance and learning platforms
• Ability to accommodate a flexible or block scheduling arrangement
