Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 8-Hour Shifts) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance across Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Emergency Room settings
• Float to various units including Med/Surg, Intensive Care, and Emergency Room as needed
• Assist clinical staff with patient monitoring, personal care, and daily activities
• Accurately document patient information and interactions using EPIC electronic health records system
• Adhere to all unit-specific protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Patient Care Technician or Patient Care Assistant
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability and willingness to float to Med/Surg, ICU, and Emergency Room units
• Availability for every other weekend and holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 4 or more years of experience in a patient care technician or similar role
• Prior experience working across multiple clinical units including ICU and Emergency Room environments
