Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
• Evaluate and treat patients at a 1:1 ratio across assigned units
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with travel contract compliance processes and documentation requirements
