Travel NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases in a NICU/PICU setting
• Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment including High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo ventilators, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and continuous nebulizers
• Deliver medication via nebulizers and other advanced delivery systems
• Document patient care and clinical information utilizing the Meditech documentation system
• Float to adult floors as needed to provide coverage for nebulizer therapy, BiPAP, and CPT
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a patient-centered approach to care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Minimum of 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
• Current NICU/PICU clinical experience
• Active BLS certification
• Active NRP certification
• Active PALS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with Meditech electronic documentation system
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to multidisciplinary patient care
