Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab (Contract / Travel)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | On-call required 3:00 PM – 6:30 AM weekdays and 48 hours on weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting utilizing cardiovascular invasive equipment
- Assist with and support cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and peripheral procedures
- Participate in pacemaker and defibrillator implant procedures
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Fulfill on-call obligations as scheduled, including weekday and weekend coverage
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and cardiovascular technicians
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS certification (required — candidates without will not be considered)
- Current BLS certification (required — candidates without will not be considered)
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements as outlined in the schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Cath Lab or cardiovascular setting
- Experience with Meditech EMR
