Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient throughput
• Collaborate with clinic staff and float to other clinics or neighboring facilities as required
• Ensure patient care and documentation meet clinical and organizational standards
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; OT hours require prior approval

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work days and adapt to different clinic environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic or outpatient therapy experience desired
• Flexibility to float between clinics and handle varying patient needs
