Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as House Supervisor overseeing facility operations across units during the day shift
- Float between units and, as needed, to sister facilities within the health system
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff across departments
- Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and bed management throughout the facility
- Utilize Epic for documentation and charting
- Adhere to block scheduling requirements and contracted scheduling commitments
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license
- Prior House Supervisor experience required
- Emergency Department (ED) or ICU clinical background required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Ability to commit to block scheduling and every-other-weekend shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Familiarity with multi-facility health system environments and floating protocols
