Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and technical duties in a high-volume cardiac cath lab environment, including complex structural and interventional procedures
• Assist with advanced procedures including TAVRs, Mitral/Tri Clips, Carotid Stenting, TMVR, PFOs, and Watchman implants
• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, peripheral vascular procedures, pacemaker and ICD implants, and EP/ablation cases
• Operate and assist with specialized equipment including Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator
• Document accurately using MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
• Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotating every other weekend and holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience
• Demonstrated experience with Cardiac Cath, Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), and Peripheral Vascular (PV) procedures — candidates without these skills will not be considered
• Proficiency with TAVR, Mitral/Tri Clip, Carotid Stenting, TMVR, PFO closure, and Watchman procedures
• Ability to scrub complex structural and interventional cardiac cases independently and efficiently
• Familiarity with cath lab-specific EMR platforms (MacLab and/or Meditech preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and Ablation procedures
• Prior travel assignment experience in a high-acuity cardiac cath lab setting
