Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients across a range of diagnoses and functional needs
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the outpatient therapy center as Center Manager
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including support for foreign-trained applicants working toward licensure
• Ensure high standards of patient care, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills suitable for a center management role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or clinical leadership role
• Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff or students
• Interest or background in continuing professional education
