Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with general chronic medical conditions in a mixed-acuity Stepdown/PCU environment
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and Pyxis/Accudose/Omnicell for medication management
• Communicate effectively using SBAR methodology with interdisciplinary care teams
• Float within the organization as required to meet staffing needs
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned by the unit

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• Valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Progressive care, Stepdown, or PCU experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and common medication dispensing systems
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
