Travel RN – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: September 14, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 5–6:1
• Utilize Meditech for clinical documentation and patient record management
• Collaborate with PCT support staff and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, compassionate care
• Adhere to facility Med-Surg floating policy as needed
• Meet patient experience performance requirements as outlined by the facility
• Fulfill scheduling requirements including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with general Med-Surg equipment and workflows
• Experience with Meditech documentation system
• Team-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with hospital-based floating policies across Med-Surg units
