Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (19:00 Start) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Float within related units as needed, including Medical Oncology, Surgical Care, OrthoSpine, and Pulmonary Medicine overflow areas
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to all unit-specific policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays as needed
• Willingness and ability to float to overflow units including Medical Oncology, Surgical Care, OrthoSpine, and Pulmonary Medicine

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Prior experience working across multiple specialty units or in a float pool capacity
