Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular ICU setting with estimated patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation, balloon pumps, PA lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Administer conscious sedation and perform IV starts as required by patient care needs
• Perform telemetry monitoring and respond to changes in patient condition appropriately
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed
• Work weekday and weekend shifts, including up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period, with rotating holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency in IV start, telemetry, mechanical ventilation, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Minimum of 2 professional references required, with at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
