Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties in general surgery and eye surgery cases
• Scrub general and eye surgery cases as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once per week, including weekday and weekend call with a minimum 2-hour callback requirement
• Float to CVOR when applicable based on experience
• Adhere to unit protocols and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience circulating general and eye surgery cases
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Must pass an EKG competency test with a score of 80% or above prior to and upon first day of assignment
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to meet on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing contract experience (at least one prior travel assignment)
• Scrub experience in general and eye surgery
• CVOR experience for potential floating opportunities
