Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department with 40+ beds and a 4:1 patient ratio
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring and interpretation
• Operate and utilize specialized equipment including cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO Drills, and Lifepak devices
• Document and manage patient information using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, team leads, advanced paramedics, and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong team-player mindset and collaborative approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-pressure emergency or acute care setting
• Background as an RN, Medic, or clinical technician prior to or alongside current role
• Outgoing, positive demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure
