Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 Start | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays As Needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry setting with continuous cardiac monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for telemetry patients
- Float to like Med/Surg units as needed
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Participate in weekend rotation and holiday coverage as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- NIHSS Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CCU setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3 or more years of experience in a CCU setting
- Familiarity with floating to Med/Surg units
