Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required (at least every other)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with expected ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
• Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting
• Float to other units and sister facilities as needed based on skill set and patient census
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Maintain compliance with scheduling requirements and contracted shift obligations
• Must have personal vehicle available for use during this assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must be willing and able to float to sister facilities as directed
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted at a different rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
