Contract | 12-Hour Mid Shift (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technician duties across a variety of surgical cases in the operating room
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures using the DaVinci system for general surgery, GYN, and urology cases
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies throughout procedures
• Support the surgical team in delivering safe, efficient patient care during mid-shift hours
• Participate in optional on-call coverage (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, one weeknight per week) as availability allows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Tech or Surgical Technologist
• BLS certification required
• NBSTSA recognition (certification not required)
• Proficiency with DaVinci robotic system across general surgery, GYN, and urology
• No first-time travelers; prior travel experience required
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility with a 2-hour minimum callback availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across a broad variety of surgical case types
• Willingness to assist with optional on-call shifts on weeknights
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established OR team
