Interventional Radiology Technician

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00–17:30 | On-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures within scope of practice in a short-term acute care, teaching hospital environment
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by the facility
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including potential rotation across up to three affiliated hospital campuses within approximately 20 miles
• Document and chart accurately using EPIC
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including potential exposure to Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Florida state license required (pending licenses not accepted)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of experience in Interventional Radiology or a related specialty
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO added after submission will likely not be approved
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RCIS certification preferred
• 2 or more years of experience in Interventional Radiology or a related specialty
• Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred, as floating to these areas may be required
