Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting
- Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to new facility environments
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
