Contract | Night Shift | 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic polysomnographic studies, including titration, multiple sleep latency tests (MSLT), and maintenance of wakefulness tests (MWT)
- Record and provide accurate, relevant data to physicians for diagnostic use in the treatment of patients with sleep/wake disorders
- Utilize computerized EPIC charting for documentation and Natus software for sleep study management
- Work within a 10-bed adult sleep unit with no on-call requirement
- Adhere to facility dress code (dark gray scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- RPSGT certification (Board of Polysomnographic Technologists); CPSGT or AASM registration will also be considered
- North Dakota state license required prior to start date (candidates willing to obtain licensure will be considered)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of sleep study/sleep tech experience
- Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Natus sleep study software
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
- Experience in a dedicated sleep clinic or multi-bed sleep lab environment
