Contract (12 Weeks) | Nights | 5x8 (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Facility Work Week: Friday – Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and communicating with the interdisciplinary care team
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday falling within the contract period
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or a compact state license accepted in South Dakota
• Current and valid nursing credentials required prior to start
• Ability to work night shifts (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Availability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric or LTC population
