Contract | Days (4x12 Hours, 7:00–19:00) | 36–48 Hours Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center
• Function within a team nursing model, collaborating with LPNs and medication nurses to manage a shared patient caseload
• Participate in on-call and weekend shifts as needed per unit requirements
• Adhere to all unit protocols, compliance standards, and floating expectations, which may include like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius
• Work required holidays per facility policy when holidays fall within the assignment period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience required (strictly enforced)
• At least 1 prior completed travel assignment required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
