Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and reassessments per policy and procedure or as warranted by patient condition, demonstrating the ability to make sound independent clinical decisions
• Initiate, prioritize, and implement individualized plans of care; collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to revise plans as indicated
• Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions
• Facilitate and evaluate patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel; serve as a mentor and preceptor while promoting teamwork and a culture of safety
• Participate in quality, safety, and service process improvement efforts; comply with regulatory standards and the Practice Governance model

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
