Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (5x8-Hour Shifts) | Monday–Friday, varied start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM | 13–26 week contract options available
Key Responsibilities
- Perform peripheral and neuro interventional radiology procedures within a Level 1 Trauma Center setting
- Support a high-acuity IR/Special Procedures department requiring neuro interventional experience
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends as part of a primary and backup call team (rotating among 6–8 staff members)
- Float to other units and campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
- Complete required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Active South Carolina state license required
- Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology or special procedures experience
- Neuro interventional radiology experience required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the relevant flagship facility to be eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or high-acuity IR environment
- Familiarity with both peripheral and neuro interventional procedures
