Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized resident care plans
- Participate in holiday coverage as needed by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina LPN license required
- Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience
- Ability to work every other weekend as required
- Availability for holiday shifts as needed
