Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans within the outpatient therapy setting
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising therapist and care team regarding patient status and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina permanent Physical Therapy Assistant license required — compact licensure is not accepted
• Prior experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must be able to fulfill credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
