Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising RN or physician
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient care plans and transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active LVN / LPN license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and health requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong communication and adaptability skills in fast-paced clinical environments
