Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans in an outpatient therapy setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the therapy team to support patient goals and ensure continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and systems
