Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans in an outpatient therapy setting
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the therapy team to support patient goals and ensure continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment and progress
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
- Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and systems
