Key Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive patient assessment data and analyze findings to determine diagnoses or clinical issues
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, identifying expected outcomes and prescribing strategies to attain them
• Employ strategies to promote patient health and maintain a safe environment throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary health care team in the conduct of nursing practice
• Integrate ethical provisions, current research findings, and professional practice standards into all areas of care
• Comply with cerebrovascular disease (stroke) protocols, including required initial and annual stroke education hours

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
• Ability to work varied shifts, including call coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of circulating experience in the OR
• Minimum of 1 year of scrub experience in the OR
