Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Float between units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
• Adhere to AWHONN patient ratios at all times
• Participate in on-call rotation for low-census situations
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must be available for all RTO and scheduling requests to be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted under separate terms)
• 2 professional references required, covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
• Familiarity with AWHONN standards and maternal-child care environments
• Flexibility to float to sister facilities within the local area as needed
