Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel Contract
Location

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate for a full range of interventional radiology procedures including dialysis work (Permcaths, fistulagrams), nephrostomy tubes, arteriograms/embolizations, Y-90, G-tubes, TIPS, and Inari cases
- Scrub and circulate for neurointerventional procedures including cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, and vertebroplasties
- Operate single-plane (GE) and biplane (Philips) imaging equipment, as well as an invasive CT scanner within the department
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio while collaborating with nursing staff assigned to each room
- Float to the Vascular OR (VOR) as needed
- Document accurately using the Cerner (Radnet) EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology
- Previous IR experience with ability to both scrub and circulate
- Previous neurointerventional radiology experience (scrub and circulate)
- Active BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Vascular OR (VOR) experience
- Cath Lab experience
- VI Registered (Vascular Interventional)
