Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards prior to assignment start
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements throughout the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (permanent license required)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
