Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a Cath Lab RN within a single-procedure-room Cath Lab environment, working alongside a team of full-time nurses.
• Staff the pre/post procedure area, which includes four patient bays, as part of a two-nurse RN team.
• Participate in on-call coverage Monday through Saturday for post-PCI patients requiring return to the Cath Lab.
• Perform occasional weekend STEMI coverage when scheduled during those coverage periods.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records.
• Wear a radiation badge at all times while working in the Cath Lab environment (badge must be supplied by the staffing agency).

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license; license must be active prior to start date.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required.
• Radiation badge required; must be provided by the staffing agency prior to start.
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Previous permanent or PRN staff must have been separated from the facility system for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records charting.
• Familiarity with STEMI protocols and post-PCI patient management.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
