Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Rotating schedule every 4 weeks (same straight shifts for 4 weeks, then rotating to opposite shift for the following 4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours (19:00–07:30)
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry surveillance and medical-surgical nursing interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes
• Float within the facility system as assigned to support staffing needs across units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility compliance, credentialing, and fingerprinting requirements in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — valid compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Must be willing and able to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
• Former employees of the hiring facility must have been separated for at least 6 months to be eligible; current employees of any affiliated hospital location are not eligible
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Comfort with floating across units within a large health system
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply
