Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Flexible schedule options available including 5x8s or 4x10s | Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | At least two shifts from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift on Fridays; remaining days flexible
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 55+ patients per week across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Conduct 60-minute evaluation sessions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat a broad range of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, CVA, Parkinson's Disease, vestibular disorders, and more
- Participate in group and concurrent therapy as well as screening and caseload building
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen system, supported by purpose-built AI documentation scribe technology
- Collaborate with a tenured support team including PTAs and therapy aides to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Proficiency or ability to learn the NextGen documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 1+ year of outpatient PT experience preferred
- Experience treating a diverse patient population including neurological and orthopedic diagnoses
- Familiarity with group and concurrent therapy models
- New graduates will be considered
