Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before assignment begins
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific EMR or documentation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full patient caseload efficiently
