Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with on-call responsibility

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure care for cardiac patients in a Cath Lab setting
• Operate and work alongside GE/MacLab equipment within a 2-lab, 5-patient-bay unit
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required (callback volume is generally minimal)
• Collaborate with a team that includes Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialists (RCIS) to support patient care
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Georgia (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) RN experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE/MacLab equipment
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
• Exposure to STEMI cases and high-acuity cardiac interventional procedures
