Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments, re-evaluations, and follow-up treatments for patients in inpatient rehab and acute care settings
• Float between the inpatient rehabilitation unit and acute care therapy as needed
• Manage a patient caseload with estimated ratios of 4 patients per shift on the inpatient rehab unit and 10–12 patients per shift in acute care
• Document patient care and progress using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Fulfill call requirements, including a minimum of one full weekend per month

Required Qualifications

• Active OTR/L licensure required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred
• Ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and function independently
• Experience in both inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings
