Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following established safety procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Med Surg setting
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
