Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 8:00–17:30 | No on-call required | No weekends required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mammography imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting
- Operate and maintain proficiency with Hologic mammography equipment
- Assist with or perform breast biopsy procedures as needed
- Document and chart patient imaging information accurately using Epic
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of mammography technologist experience required
- Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Familiarity with Hologic mammography equipment required
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
- All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Breast biopsy experience preferred
- Experience charting in Epic
- Prior travel contract experience in an acute care environment
