Contract | Rotating Shifts | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Monitor and assess the respiratory status of neonatal patients
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and respiratory support equipment for neonatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility to practice in North Dakota
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Prior experience in a NICU or neonatal respiratory care setting
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neonatal mechanical ventilation and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
• Familiarity with neonatal resuscitation protocols
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced intensive care environment
