Contract | Rotating Days and Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts) | 13–18 Week Assignments Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit, with potential to float to other units serving the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes across rotating day and night shifts
• Participate in required orientation assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
• Work at least every other holiday as part of the coverage schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty — must be from an assignment worked within the past 12 months; co-worker references will not be accepted
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience gained within a single facility or location (combined experience also considered)
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythm interpretation in an acute care environment
• Prior travel nursing experience in a large health system setting
