Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting across multiple campus locations as needed
• Float to additional hospital campuses when there is a clinical need
• Respond and arrive on-site within 1 hour when called in from on-call status
• Complete up to 8 hours of pre-start onboarding modules via HealthStream (non-billable)
• Maintain compliance with a smoke-free facility and campus policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent and continuous Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Willingness and ability to float to all three campus locations as needed
• No prior terminations or contract cancellations in employment history
• Two recent supervisory references required with submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Strong, consistent work history with no employment red flags
