Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 3 Days per Week | Expected 36 Hours/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-being
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing LPN practice in SNF/LTC environments
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in SNF/LTC environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care setting
