Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/PCU/Stepdown unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage telemetry patients, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding appropriately
• Pass a required Telemetry competency test prior to placement
• Float within the facility campus as needed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license – compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of PCU/Stepdown or related nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must demonstrate telemetry monitoring experience
• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 1 year of PCU or Stepdown experience (candidates with only 1 year of experience will require additional manager review)
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
