Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Every Other Weekend | Contract, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Document patient information and care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Respond to call requirements as needed per unit policy
• Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
• Adhere to all facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License required — temporary licenses will not be accepted
• Minimum 2+ years of registered nursing experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room specialty experience
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Expected weekly hours: 36

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system strongly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
