Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Care for post-surgical patients including those recovering from cholecystectomy and cystoscopy with stent placement
• Manage pain management protocols and care for CIWA patients
• Utilize equipment including Hoyer lifts, Sara Steady, and bladder scanners
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Float to other units as needed based on hospital census and staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical or acute care RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical Surgical or acute care setting strongly preferred
• Previous experience with HCA facilities
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• High-energy, fast-paced personality with strong interpersonal skills
