Radiology Technologist – Dual-Modality (X-Ray / CT)

Contract | Days | Onsite | Variable schedule; may include weekends, after-hours, and on-call shifts; overtime may be available
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform high-quality CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures as requested by licensed medical staff across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Operate imaging equipment with limited supervision while maintaining high attention to detail and patient-centered care
- Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as necessary and appropriate
- Complete thorough documentation required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams and procedures
- Retrieve written orders and related health information to ensure timely performance and reporting of exams
- Perform ancillary duties to support proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalent, with documented competencies in both Radiology and CT
- Active Montana Radiologic Technologist license required
- ARRT advanced certification in CT required
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous radiology experience
- Ability to meet on-time completion of all required education per applicable registry and policy requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient imaging environments
- Proficiency with healthcare computer applications and electronic documentation systems
